Chutneys & Pickles

Spicy Tiger Chutney:
pumpkin, apple, soft brown sugar, garlic, red chillies, cider vinegar, tumeric, cumin, ground ginger, fenugreek seeds, fennel seeds, mustard seeds, mustard powder, chilli flakes, salt & pepper

Beetroot Chutney - beetroot, onion, apple, sugar, pickling spice, salt

Onion Marmalade - onions, red currant jelly, demerara sugar, cider vinegar, balsamic vinegar & salt

Pumpkin, Courgette and Onion Pickle:
pumpkin, courgette, onion, green pepper, malt vinegar, demerara sugar, salt & pepper
Spicy Courgette Chutney: courgette, apple, green tomatoes, onion, cider vinegar, demerara sugar, ground ginger, ground cumin, chili flakes, salt, jalapeno peppers
Walton Bank Chutney: green tomatoes, marrow, onion, red & green chilli, green pepper, sultanas, muscavado sugar, cider vinegar, cumin & salt

Winter Chutney - Pumpkin, onions, garlic, apple, sugar, cinammon, cumin ground ginger & salt
Spicy Tomato & Onion Chutney: tomatoes, onions,apple, coriander, smoked paprika, chilli, salt, cider vinegar, Demerara sugar
Picallili: green tomatoes, red pepper, onions, cauliflower, carrots, sugar, vinegar, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, coriander seeds, cornflour, turmeric, salt
Autumn Chutney: red & green tomatoes, courgette, green pepper, apple, Demerara sugar, cider vinegar, garlic, root ginger, salt & pepper, pickling spice (coriander seed, mustard seed, cloves, chillies, cardamom, mace & bay leaves)
Xmas Chutney: raisins, sultanas, dried cranberries, dates, mixed peel. vinegar, onions, ginger. Cinnamon, dark muscavado sugar, cloves

Picallili: cauliflower, green tomatoes, onions, red pepper, tumeric, vinegar, mustard, salt
Pumpkin Butter: pumpkin, sugar, cloves, cinnamon and nutmeg

Pumpkin Achar: pumpkin, onion, red chilli, garlic, tumeric, mustard powder, cider vinegar, demerara sugar, black peppercorns, salt
Pickled Onions: onions and vinegar
Picled Beetroot: local beetroot and vinegar
Pickled Red Cabbage: red cabbage and vinegar
All pickles and chutneys will keep for at least 6 months unopened in cool place. Once opened keep refrigerated and consume within six weeks. Please note whilst every effort has been made to remove all pips, stones and seeds some may remain

Elderflower Cordial
Elderberry Cordial –
elderberries, sugar, citric acid, cream of tartar and cloves

Apricot & Pine Nut Preserve - dried apricots, orange juice, sugar, pine nuts

Orange Marmalade: seville oranges, sugar 
Hedgerow Jam – elderberry, haw berries, rose hips, sloes, blackberries, apples, sugar plus added fruit pectin
Damson Jam – damsons and sugar
Wild Plum Jelly – bullaces, apple, sugar, plus added fruit pectin

Damson & Wild Plum Jam - damsons, bullaces, sugar
Elderberry Jelly – elderberries and sugar
Haw Jelly – haw berries, crab apples, sugar, allspice, cinnamon, and cloves

Pomegranate Jelly - pomegranates, sugar, lemon juice, added pectin
Lemon Curd – free range egg yolks, butter, lemon juice, butter, and sugar
Haw Sin Sauce – haw berries, cider vinegar, sugar, star anise
Rose Hip Syrup – rose hips, sugar
Rose Hip Jelly - – rose hips, apple, sugar plus added fruit pectin
Rowan Berry Jelly: rowan berries, apples, sugar, plus added fruit pectin
Plum jam – plums, sugar and fruit pectin

All main ingredients have been sourced locally
All jams will last 6 months unopened in cool place. Once opened keep refrigerated and consume within six weeks – with exception of lemon curd which will keep unopened in cool place for 4 weeks and once opened keep refrigerated and consume within 2 weeks.
Please note whilst every effort has been made to remove all pips, stones and seeds some may remain
